Then I'd use duma wall directly over the existing wall tile in the shower and tub and lay an lvp (wood look) floor right over the existing tile.

Plus usually cheaper than wood, since most of the "Treated Wood" is imported.

I have used Best online cabinets a few times now. good wood quality boxes they arrive about 5 days when they ship usually in a couple days.

Plans for extended outdoor and green space will likely allow us a higher rent and lower turnover for the property... it's pretty rare to find a rental in the area with very private and wooded outdoor space.

SOW includes tearing down walls in the living/dining room to open up space, replace app the carpet with LVT, tear down the wood paneling, drywall the walls, and ceiling, full kitchen and bathroom remodel.  

Is there any way I can sell the wood or something related in which I can recover some of the costs?
