Is anyone using Cole Realty Resources for your direct mail lists?

I need to call the Realty professionals here in Florida, but can I list the property as soon as I sign the purchase contract as long as the contract discloses what my intentions are?  

Central Florida Realty Investors Association, Inc.CFRI , and their website is here : www.cfri.net This group looks very active and they put out a monthly newsletter.  

They know I'm an investor, and I've never had anyone say they had a problem with the source of funds as I explain it.Most my wholesale deals are in fact purchased via partners with LLCs, so at closing they see that I assigned the deal to XYZ Realty, LLC or whatever.  

If you’re talking absolute war zones, I’m thinking east Knoxville, south of magnolia, from downtown then west to Holston hills.
