I've been able to see these conversations as a Civil for the developer working with the dry utility consultant regularly.

When the seats fold down it is wide enough to fit 4x8 sheets of ply or dry INSIDE.

if you watch the news articles you can see that many homeowners on fixed incomes could lose their homes to foreclosures and some investors could see their annual cash flow dry up.

I saw many a prolific investor go under and lose all their properties in the 2008-2010 downturn because they didn't have any reserves to cover their debt service after the rents decreased or flat out dried up. 

He did point out that all the houses were 1 or 2 feet above street level, and that if it ever rained really hard, the streets would fill up a little, but the houses would stay dry. 

Financing is not cut and dry and once you understand the many varieties of financing available you will become a better investor and using OPM to make you more money!  

I would much rather keep the hardwood but to have over $7k in vacancy every few years to refinish them is something I want to avoid.Does anyone know of quick dry products we might be able to use?

That can easily go the same way in a recession, as the economic draft drying up can be hard on the city in terms of price.
