I would not keep this as a rental.

I am in the Philadelphia / PA / DE / NJ area but for the purposes of sharing experiences, anywhere is great. 

They did a 'drive by' appraisal, but I think that means they looked at comps in the area.

I have a question about what’s working in your markets when it comes to floor plans and features.

TIAI personally don't like the receipt scanning apps because I think they are overkill and they only account for half the record keeping you need to do.
