This seems to be where most developments get tripped up, and it all happens before you ever get to construction.All that being said, local meetups and/or REIA meetings may be the best place to meet people doing what you want to.

We do 7-8 flips a year and always use the same local closing attorney. 

Like they said ^^^^^..... go on AbNb anbd VRBO sites and look up simiar competition in the same area.

So for instance for our lead organization & management, I clean the lists up in google sheets and then download as a .CSV file and upload into Airtable (google sheets on steroids) where its easier and cleaner to manage.I use Airtable to manage our raw leads data - I have a trigger set up, that whenever we change the status to "qualified", that lead will go into our CRM (Salesmate.io) where we track our contacts and deals.

Most carriers don't want to insure a building as a normal rental home if there is a possibility of commercial use, or even if it's set up to possibly be used as commercial even.

(Ok not true but close).

However, you should think twice before signing up.
