I've tested a few apps & none of them are that great & have completely different results, as I'm searching primarily for multi-family properties.

Now, I’m not a real estate agent nor have access to other programs than the generic real estate apps like (Zillow or RedFin etc).

I've already signed up for the BankProspector training and app from distressedpro.com and assigned one of my team members to specifically work on building relationships with banks. 

I'm interested in the different driving for dollars apps too but I've just been too busy to really look into them.

I don't even think we had cell phones at the time.

Don't take the delay in my response as me not appreciating, just now starting my account and recently downloaded the app.

My worst one was Snapchat, you don’t realize when you’re in it, but it’s such a useless app and can take up so much time and attention.
