Most of the horror stories are from owners who rent entire places, because there is no supervision and if left to their own devices, people will do what they can get away with.Even if I'm going out of town, I don't let my guests know.

I think co-host (paid help) is the only way to go out of cell reach for a week camping.

@Jacob Hanson If you want to be legal for ALL TELEMARKETING:Register as a telemarketer on the federal website https://telemarketing.donotcall.gov/then scrub your list against the people who have registered for the do-not-call (DNC)you can't call a cell phone, regardless of whether or not it is registered with the DNC.

Get rid of all unnecessary expenses, cell phones, lacquer, cigarettes, cable tv, restaurants, and friends/girl friends that cost you money.

Specifically in finding cell phone numbers as very few people have land lines these days.
