Things that cause delays are many sponsors maybe 1-3 people and they outsource their investor relations so the first person you contact is not a member of the company but a call servicePersonally I would not invest in a fund / syndication that has a call service on IR side as if things go wrong you will never hear from them.

I saw nothing wrong with what Giles said as he was shedding light on the lack of communication.

Best part about real estate there is no wrong answer, house hacking or not there is always a way to make it work.  

Wrong move. 

Anyone would consider a nice finished room with great natural light a bedroom, but in the off chance the tenant doesn’t pay rent then I would be in the wrong for letting he/she live there in the first place.

At the risk of being proven wrong, I find it hard to believe that the Department of Homeland Security is involved in investing a failed real estate investment.
