Bertand Russell correctly predicted that as we become more technologically savvy, there will be less demand for a typical work week, much less the worker himself/herself. 

We as a nation need to normalize the expectation that 40 hours is not a work week but that working 12 hours a day is working a "half day".  

How did you juggle searching/rehabbing/managing properties with the intense time-demands medical jobs require (sometimes 80 hour work weeks)?

Financing properties instead of always using our money, hiring contractors so we aren't working 80 hour work weeks every single week.

The French were mentioned here and I like the example of their construct of the work week.
