Between what my wife and I received from our wedding and just being frugal we have managed to save some money and we're at the point where we'd like to consider buying an income property.I have found, what I believe to be at least, a solid renting area at a nearby University (Rowan) where I think the demand will always be there and the growth of the University will increase demand and hopefully rental price and home value.

Believe the only pain is that it is on a Tues/Wed schedule, in the past I think they offered it on the weekends.

Do young families or even newly weds w/o kids have issues with a nice 3/1.5 over 3/2??? 

He did give us a 30 day notice on Wed, but then figured out that he can use the lack of rent as an excuse to give us a three day notice to quit versus a 30 day notice which he posted the very next day on Thursday.Since he most likely will not cooperate with me (I know him very well), I have no choice but to go to usbank and ask for a c4k's.I do feel really bad doing this to him, by taking away all his chances to get his home back, but I cannot figure out a good way to solve this issue.

Not to brag but hoping to inspire...I just changed the status of my profile to Real Estate Investor from Homeowner as I just closed on my first rental property last Wed.

I will be going to Colorado the 16th through the 20th for my wedding anniversary, so I will not be able to attend this meeting.

It is obviously going to be appealing to family reunions, wedding parties, and two/three families meeting up for vacation. 

I have always had the dream of flipping houses, but it took us a few years of hard persistent work and sacrificing in order to realize the dream.My wife and I got married in 2010 at 19 & 20 and we bought our first house a few months prior to the wedding.
