Yet we have a few parts in the inner city that are so undesireable, that a property will sell for less than the lumber in the front porch is worth.PS: it actually has crossed my mind to buy these properties and sell them for parts LOL

Hi Linda,There are no "Pit Cats" only "Pet Cats.I think cats make way better tenants than dogs.No barking all day while the master is at work, no filling the backyard with waste, less likely to consume neighborhood children which leads to a lawsuit--unless it's a Tiger.You might want to talk to your insurance person about large breed restriction on dogs, and add a lease clause no puppies nor "any dog that management finds undesirable".

I have a new tenant that runs the AC like there is no tomorrow 24x7 without any breaks understandably so as he works from home.The AC has aged so much so that it seems like it may not be able to handle such high usage as I have been observing some undesirable side effects on my electrical system which was not observed with my previous tenant who was a light user.
