Research Triangle, NC  new investors: Just wanted to make you aware of a solid and inexpensive Real Estate Investing class at a local community college.  

If you're not doing anything tomorrow evening, you should come to the first Triangle BP Meet Up.

I know that you want to start locally, but I would consider the Durham / Triangle market.  

Multifamily properties are pretty competitive to get a hold of around the Triangle.

Not to mention the hardmoney clock is ticking and my finance guy has had everything they have needed for a while now...just waiting on the appraiser.What happened to the project management triangle of cost, quality, and speed? 

That little triangle in Mead is pretty tough due to all the mobile homes and rough neighbors right there skewing your price down quite a bit.
