Most of them were a mixture of used motor oil, transmission fluid, and gasoline, which they took away for disposal, the last was urine which they left me to deal with.

BUT that is incredible fluid so please don't hold me to that. ;-) A lot of my house hacking clients have saved up a chunk of money and then talk with a lender to find out if they're ready to go.
