Our inspection period expires on 9/15, inspection is scheduled for tomorrow, 9/13 - we don't expect any significant surprises based on a preliminary visual check.  

Is there a time that we could discuss tomorrow? 

They said don't ask questions during class but after then they say oh wait until tomorrow that's part of our discussion and of course it wasn't.

I'm encouraged you like the second option as well -- I may still go that route after meeting with her in person tomorrow to feel it out a bit more. 9 months out is a bit of a bummer, but with this location I have hope it will still have legs by then!

My realtor wasn't able to set up the viewing for this past weekend, so I'm going to be looking at the property tomorrow evening.

Those who waited are now in a significantly worse position than they would have been if they pulled the trigger last year and that's only going to get worse if they don't jump in soon.Maybe the market will crash tomorrow morning and they'll be proven right, but I just don't see signs of it happening.
