And probably in ways we can’t fathom today.  

Why do you get up in the morning, what are your goals for today and what have you accomplished last year?

Offset today’s income with depreciation.

I do relatively well in my day job by today's standards but my hourly rate for self managing is closer to that of a surgeon. 

Next goal is $250k in income through my real estate and stepping away from the day to day management of the properties.

In today's market with high interest rates, it's most important to make sure that the numbers work when analyzing a deal.

However, I always have to ask myself what decision do I make today if I am evaluating the consequences 2-5 years from now. 

Remember that AI does not "think", at least not as of today.

Plus for Bay area folks the fact that you can scoot over and meet them in person is a plus.Good company  and if anyone can make it work in todays market its them .. in my opinion and again I am an investor so take that with a grain of salt..Go meet with them.. do your due diligence and if you think its a fit jump aboard.

The more of the day to day items that can be handled with tech the more you can be freed up to do higher ROI on your time items.
