The idiocy inherent was typified by how these clubs meetings opened; participants volunteered their latest nothing down property purchases, with the only criteria being the purchase price.  

I am guessing that with the online sales, the prices will definitely increase as there will be a larger participation

Howdy Irina,I would personally be cautious linking my primary residence to an investment AND participating in (what I assume would be your first) syndication deal.
