The house is now vacant and in need of renovation (bathroom and kitchen had dry rot issues, two bedrooms had partial wall removal due to mold on the plaster).

The request for the GC was to build the structure (roughly 500 sq ft), or "dry in" the space - then I would take it from there and hire my own subs for the mechanical.
