There is growing industry and plenty of tenants looking for a place to stay. 

The company has too many clueless Tax or Attorneys...Stay away, they will tell you that what are you doing is under Foreign Laws while charging you $10K for useless advise.

I’ve even seen a friend in Austin organize a simple field trip to another city..from what I’ve heard that kind of trip can spark interest in fresh markets.

When we told them what we needed they were able to work it out amongst themselves to stay out of each others way.

Most projections I’ve seen are calling for rates to stay right around where they are this year, or if anything possibly going up a little.

And, in my opinion, more importantly, the lurkers who never comment, now believe they have the "golden key" of information.As you already know, there is so much more to this, in order to stay out of trouble over the long term. 

Generally in Illinois, the Tenant does not have the right to cure the lease violation and stay in the property.

Or go the motor home route. ( wife does not care for the motor home route though) Or just do what we do now.. fly to where we want to fish stay in hotel and hire a guide !!!..

This preliminary injunction has been stayed.

Single families are generally more desirable for tenants & you also get longer staying tenants most of the time.
