I know there is some glitz and glamor to "being your own boss", but as a new agent there is so much knowledge that needs to be soaked up, and applied on top of the daily "run the business"/operations items, that it can be overwhelming.

Become a sponge and soak up everything you can.

As far as paying off the cards, I probably would not do it, unless the $30k already saved was a small fraction of the total seed goal, and then I might.Today, your opportunity cost is the cost of credit.

you can plant your own garden.. and you can grow your veggies from seeds.. 

I more easily track all mileage, buy supplies like light bulbs, batteries, cleaning stuff, grass seed, icemelt, etc through.   

Any help, suggestions, advice, links is very appreciated as I am here to soak up any information I can gather and advance in my journey!
