I cancel the existing insurance and place my own insurance and I always get the right insurance because this is not the time to skimp out and try to save a buck or two.

Many times landlords have deferred maintenance issues due to lack of proper repairs, maintenance, and skimping to save money instead of proper professional upkeep.

Our fee is usually less than 1% of the overal project cost - but it is the one thing where almost everybody wants to skimp, because they don't understand enough to see the value.
