Unemployment, food stamps, housing assistance, and all these other programs are supposed to be safety nets.

@Carly M.If you sell it, you will no longer get income from this property.Selling the property and purchasing another property will subject you to a good amount of expenses(title work, realtor commission, stamp tax, etc). 

Investment property is not really viable in the UK due to stamp duty and other policies that kind of punish those who own multiple homes, so we're looking in the US.

For the hot prospects, we use a real handwritten letter and handwrite the envelope with a real stamp. 

What I detested was the process: collect all the bills, open the mail, rip off the stub, put the remainder in that bill’s receipt folder, write the check, make the journal entry, stick both stub and check in envelope, put on stamp, lick envelope, write in return address, etc.

Shows like this contribute to everybody and their brother wanting to flip houses, and then losing their shirt when they do.

It doesn't make sense to me I'm the shirt term to higher someone else to watch our kids and suck up cashflow in the first come properties.
