Its growing pretty rapidly up there!

Does anyone know of any that happen in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area?

From a macro standpoint RE is changing rapidly and indicators point toward a higher probability of declining growth. 

Building our own house increased our net worth rapidly and has allowed us to begin making investments in real estate.

But I doubt that will be the case in 5 years time, with the the rapid pace of growth that is occurring in those areas. 

Hundreds possibly thousands that could be used to grow your investment savings at a rapid pace.The majority of people live paycheck to paycheck by choice.

I would imagine in a rapidly appreciating market that rental prices may have also been rising to  a bubble.

As we continue to grow at such a rapid rate, our barriers of entry are still significantly lower than the Dallas market.
