Which type of properties are you considering?

Based in Brevard County, we transform properties with high-gloss floors and unique acid staining that boost value and wow buyers, perfect for listings, flips or existing residences.  

One of my friend happens to be a RE agent, landlord and a property manager himself and he seems to feel that as long as she pays rent on time and does not create nuisance, not to worry much and just keep do a quarterly property inspection.

However, I've NEVER had a note called on any properties and the vast majority were "subject too" and/or owner financing.

I have been leaning towards short term rental and am looking for a property manager.

The restoration is the final step in the eviction process, and it legally restores the property to the plaintiff.Hope this helps,Joe

Toss in a BRRRR strategy with a few other strategies and the potential to live mortgage free and cash flow when you move out of property is real. 

We are looking to buy 3 properties minimum in the next 2-4 weeks.
