Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Our cleaning fee covers professional clean, laundry service, and consumables. 

I'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal advice but I wholesale in 7 different markets and my LLC is just in one state and I haven't had any issues. 

As a platinum member I also have my own team to contact when looking for advice or help reviewing documents.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

If you don't have the tools to pull a proper market analysis, they are likely your best word of advice.
