When they broke their lease to move out early I said no problem as long as it is clean, no damage (they were only there 8 months) and I can install a new tenant.Oh my gosh, there was hair and dirt EVERY WHERE.

And as long as Citibank doesn't get notice, the legal clock for the statute of limitations has not begun to tick.The one owner searches is a big problem, as the search never picks up liens of former owners that are unsatisfied. 

I am Having the same problem as well I was simply trying to grow my network I only connected with like 3 people.

Also, if anyone has any scenarios where they've had to tackle this problem, as well as what the scope of work and costs were, that would be helpful.
