There was no predicting how it was going to happen.

If so, that makes life easier in terms of predicting cashflow.

Even if you could predict when, and even if you when you were in it, you are missing deals that you could be making...waiting for something that is hard to define until years after it has happened.Here's my tagline at the bottom of all my emails:  "The things that come to those who wait, are the things that are left behind, by those that get there first".

Since we can't predict a crash its best to plan as if one could happen any year.

Funny thing though I've never been able to predict with too much pin point accuracy.  

How about is there a single metric that could be a predictor, or does it take at least two metrics to predict a crash.
