I'm 26 now, and currently travelling the world playing online poker for a living, looking to start investing in real estate more actively in the upcoming months.I've been investing in real estate on a very small scale since I was 19.

If you had a million dollars, it would be easier to invest that into commercial and make more income than if you had 50k to play with.Some of us, myself included, would have loved to go to commercial but the price of poker there is just too high.

I now have a credit score of 800, have enough money to cash buy 3+ homes & because of my job I cannot be financed.I am a professional poker player & file taxes as a professional gambler.
