What pets do you allow not allow. 

And my pet peeve is when they say what rents "could" be, or that "rents are way below market rate".

She hasn’t recently bought used furniture or clothing and she doesn’t interact with or own any pets.

She has a small dog and a cat (we are allowing up to 2 pets with fee). 

If it says non refundable pet deposit some states still require this to be held in escrow.
