Hi, I was wondering what I need to know/where I should look to find a house/land where I could legally grow large amounts of outdoor marijuana, because my friends and I are trying to start a business. 

I'm not a lawyer, no legal advice, but I think that is proper for me as I would consider acceptance if it was, like, caught with marijuana several years ago and nothing since then.  

It appears that the home was once used to possibly grow marijuana due to the electric in the basement (there were multiple fluorescents and ballasts).

Did you check at Office Depot, Office MAx, Staples, or any other office supply store peculiar to CA?

This seems like a pretty peculiar situation. 

Late rent and utilities, smokes a lot of marijuana in his room, loud when we're sleeping, and the list goes on.  

Is it something peculiar to MA ?

If you are using a property management company make sure to tell what kind of tenant you want (FICO, income to rent ratio, section 8[I don't recommend],prior evictions, criminal history[sex offenders], marijuana on property)If your unit is a studio or 1 bedroom you can a lot more money wit Airbnb, most markets now have Airbnb property management that handles all turn-over things such as cleaning, dealing with guest, we use and August Smart lock that sincs with Airbnb so you can see on when they come and leave plus a security camera outside the unit to make sure there is no extra people or a party going at my unit so far we are making more than double from what we use to make on it with a regular tenant.

So there is a reoccurring predicament coming up in one of the companies I work with - thought it might be wise to reach out here -I work with brokers who sale commercial real estate (many times along with all the plants, products, and licenses) for marijuana.  

One tenant used & offered to me; Said he had medical use marijuana.
