I cannot see the Panhandle renting 12 months as projected in that short term shop projection.Thoughts?

They gave a firm 'no' — for whatever reason, they were really attached to this duplex they had hardly even seen before.

Avoid using email as much as possible, beware of attachments, get any wiring instructions over the phone and verify those wiring instructions by calling the bank back at the number on their website. 

No wonder that, as mentioned in the attached article, pretty much everything is described with rose-colored glasses and there is a lack of anything negative.As far as I know, they haven't promoted a development in the Dominican Republic, in spite of the fact that it can be a great place to retire and invest. 

.- 2022 and 2023 Federal Tax returns with all schedules included- business and personal (if filed separately)- January 2024-current Profit/Loss, Balance sheet, debt schedule (template attached here- or can use your own profit/ loss template)- 30 days most recent paystubs and ’22 ’23 W2s if you receive pay checks.- Most recent 2 months of bank statements outside of CBNA- Most recent retirement/ investment/ life insurance statement, if applicable.Is this an insane amount of paper?
