If your lender is being a pain about that, then it's best to heed their advice and if/when you re-fi make it into a DSCR or nonQM loan to have your LLC as the real title holder.

The situation resolved itself because they decided to move out, and as a precaution I took up the new flooring, installed a vapor barrier, and installed new flooring on top (painful since I had installed it all a year before, but in the end it really just came out to a few months profit).

@Tim V.Recently I had the same issue but the 1st inspector was helping me but after he was relocated it the next inspector was a pain in the xxx... at the end the called a few more items making me to spend an extra 6k.
