I'm finding that BRRR HM loans can be risky if you are not getting 50% of the ARV.....yes that sounds impossible, however there are some HM outfits out there that can help you out with the funds you would need at the county steps....Zeus being one of them.

That being said, once you narrow down the type of investment that suits you, your finances, and your risk tolerance, the amount of information that applies to you will be greatly diminished, which makes this place a teensy bit less overwhelming.I see that you are looking at MI (great outfit) so you must be interested in exploring turnkey.

My suggestion to you would be to find the top rated turnkey investment outfit in Albany and use there PM company I believe you will have good luck working with them being a top rated turnkey company is only good as there management.I was told "live where you want and invest where it makes sense"Happy investing,Mocellie
