That's the step I'm on to confirm what I believe are the following key items:1.

Best experience is hand on training, and not some workshop making you go back to pay for free information online. 

Just wondering can you ever catch a great deal on the market  and if so what’s stopping you from taking advantage?

My thought is to take a compiled list of property addresses saved in Excel and then run data scrape from Zillow and Redfin on each of those addresses, pulling the property details back into excel and into the appropriate table I have set up. 

There are any number of Real Estate schools available to you, so choose the one that compliments your learning style, whether that be online or in person or a hybrid. 

Spent a minute on their website and this in particular stood out to me as a red flag.

If the price was right on Turn-key maybe, but probably more of the fixer-upper that can be leveraged later on for additional property or sold for a nice profit. 

Especially if you're doing enough volume to get good discounts on products.

I've separated out electricity but not water (never heard of sewer being separated) and I've always had separate gas meters on my properties but have separated the heating system on one.
