Hey guys,  Im thinking of shifting my traditional checking/saving account and mortgage to a manulife one account which my broker has suggested so I can be ready to pounce on a house and properly conduct the yellow letter direct marketing offering cash when they want it. 

I own one rental house in Cypress, but with the current market I have not been able to find another existing single family home to buy that looks like a good investment. 

Older homes that aren’t elevated could suffer major damage when the next storm hits.Many expect market saturation in the coming months, as flippers are snapping up flood-damaged properties.
