Are you targeting any specific areas/neighborhoods like Maywood, Garfield Park, Speedway?

The last thing you want to do is move forward with what seems like a great deal but not be able to close. 

Although not a legal requirement, it'd likely be required by your lender.

The 45 days identification time sometimes presents a challenge and if you dont give yourself a little wiggle room you might end up buying something you dont necessarily want/like.

We chose this area and home because of the redevelopment in the area, increasing values, proximity to major venues like Lucas Oil and Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
