About a dozen agents in my office have it, I do not though.I have heard that while reading in another forum about handgun permits in Maryland , they recommended to get your Real Estate license prior to applying for a CCP .

@Jordyn GeggIf you mean like property manage then you would need to get licensed and insured for each property since this new LLC does not own themI would not take on the Burden or expense of setting up another LLC for something like this since it doesn’t gain you anythibg

If you want to sell a property and keep deferring that tax by NOT recapturing the depreciation, you can do a 1031 exchange where the proceeds are held by a licensed intermediary for a short time while you identify and close on a replacement property.

I was told if I could show a professional license such as a broker license I might get approved but the best option would be a Private Investigators license, otherwise, they didn't see any other path to approval for me or my company.
