I do have questions about lending.

I don’t think anyone should be rubbing people’s mistakes  in their faces, it’s mean spirited and unhelpful unless you have a flux capacitor and a Delorean you’re willing to lend out.

Are there any lenders that anyone is aware of that would feel comfortable lending about 325k for a 5 unit property?

If a street level investor called me and started talking institutional pricing, I would listen.  

Be careful of some of the lending requirements that may ask what your intention of the purchase is. 

I’d be very grateful for any advice or recommendations on how best to approach these modifications.Also if I were to refinance in the future to pull out cash from the property, is this something that banks could refuse to lend on if I have code violations of lets say a wall that was moved or removed?
