Afternoon bump

Landlords that use the excuse that turn overs are too expensive usually are either paralysed with the fear of managing, very common of new landlords, or in the case of experienced landlords just too lazy to bother managing their tenants.

When I have an empty afternoon I often find myself taking a trip down just to walk the isles and study up on different materials, tools for more efficient working, and get design ideas. 

He must be pretty busy, lazy as hell, or ignoring me!  

What they don't realize most REALTORS have decades of work/life experience, their children are grown, they have a working spouse and/or pension, and they've been in real estate for 10+ years and have built their business.Statistics do have value. 80% of REALTORS don't quit just because they are lazy.

I spoke to the Office Assistant of safety and permits in NO earlier this afternoon.
