Do not believe what the internet tells you.

I imagine Airbnb (the company) has their own wifi.Wifi router just takes the incoming internet signal from a modem (cable or otherwise) unless you have a combo unit.If you have a hardwired incoming internet cable then you can use almost any wifi device.

Stay local and don't ask for funding and think only nice people will try to help on the internet.

You can set that up over the internet/phone.I am here in Saint Petersburg and its a great time to come down as an agent if your getting your FL license.
