He's actually going to do another in-classroom course with a local brokerage who has a "real estate school" because he needs direct access to a live instructor to answer questions and ask for clarity on topics.Don't just go with the cheapest option, but with a course that local brokerages recommend and that will adequately prepare you for the exam.

No college degrees; but I have an Archery Instructor's license and am a licensed Ski Instructor!  

I'd be doing that and bringing in yoga instructors...then just sit back and watch.

Instructor has told us to read, reread all the chapters each week, study study study at least 2hrs per day all 7 days of the week and we might pass the class test and hopefully, the state test.

I'm also working on becoming a Certificated Flight Instructor, which is sort of an extension of my W2.

If you need an instructor to go over material and hold you accountable, then you will benefit from taking an in person class.

The classes are conducted via open mic conference call with 50 students at a time that can interact with other students and the instructor.

I used to be a GED instructor, and I agree with earlier posts encouraging you to make that a priority.

The speakers/instructors were professional, experienced and knowledgeable.
