Sam, a property this size falls into a very weird situation where it’s not an individual mobile home but it’s not really big enough to be considered a park.

It's a great strategy but I agree with @Jack Seiden, having roommates at 30 isn't ideal.

What they have spoken about is changing what’s allowed in each zone as opposed to changing the zoning of an individual property.

One of the features I like from Pipedrive is that you can add multiple properties to an individual.

Making matters worse, 99.9% of individuals on BiggerPockets who want to buy in distant markets do so because the entry cost of doing business is lower.

When I partnered with friends on a multi-unit property a few years ago, we chose individual umbrella polcies from our personal providers.

In 2019 i was at ideal occupancy but none of my STRs are at ideal occupancy today.Do what you want with regard to the number of OTAs, but i plan to never be associated with a single OTA.
