Alternatively, I have thought about doing nothing but immersing myself in learning for the next year and a half.

My advice to New Members is to immerse yourself in the amazing educational material provided via Bigger Pockets.

After listening to Bigger Pockets podcast show #227 with Joe Fairless that light bulb came on and I realize this is the space I would like to immerse myself into.

It also gave me the opportunity to become immersed in the industry and learn tons (back before we could find everything online... oh man, I’m getting old!).
