Seems like getting the license is a means to an end for you, and not necessarily because you want to become a full time PM.

I am preparing to attend their next meetup towards the end of the month and will continue looking for more ways to stay engaged.

Here's an update: I ended up re-charging her a few days later with late fees and it went through.  

It's a range and depends on the property type, location, end condition and rental strategy. 

I’d also recommend connecting with a realtor experienced in STR investments who knows the local regulations and high-performing areas.

I do have a fairly high percentage of my net worth (35%) in the PPR fund.
