@Nikki Harmon, I completely disagree with those who are saying to leverage as much as possible.

Scaling is great if you have the means to, but for the average joe you should go for quality over quantity.

Jason, depending on how much dirt you need quantity wise, I'd recommend using clay based soil.

I plan of attaining more properties, so a company that gives quantity discounts would be good (if that is a thing).
