@John Brown Running a short-term rental (STR) on a subleased property, often called rental arbitrage, is feasible but requires careful planning.

Without any form of credible references this person may care less about you and are only interested in the sale, which would be your problem after.

In the meantime, if rental income is able to pay for the cost of the mortgages then I frankly do not really care what the interest rates are.

You can certainly own multiple assets in the same LLC, but I would be careful about operating a business and owning other real estate or investments in that LLC.
