The discord group is dead and not as helpful.

I don't know Accessible CLG, but can say that we have rented to groups like this and have not had a problem.We have also rented to corporations who have people live there for only a few weeks at a time.

I also meet alot of people in my line(s) of work and this seems to check out in my conversations with them, this includes natives, recent transplants, old transplants, every age group and race.

Simply taking money from one group of people and giving it to another.There should be more oversight and consequences.

The best way to approach these connections is google research, connect with people on Facebook groups and other forums, know people, have an airbnb listing, or hire an MTR manager that already has the connections...is pretty much all you can do.Would love to connect more with you, and plug you into our military network to help you out!

Another way, you could connect with a host via Airbnb/ VRBO Facebook groups in the area you're searching and ask them what they do and how they handle it.
