It seems the dynamic has been set, and unlikely to swing in your favor.

As long as you are NOT planning to swing a hammer / do work, there should NOT be any problem.Having said that, I remember the days when even going to a business meeting required you to have a 'formal invite' (email was usually enough).

We work remotely (different states), so it’s not like I can just swing by the office and it appears to be a one person shop.

Perhaps though, reach out to other PM companies in the area and ask if they see big swings around certain parts of the year, and if so, when?

I have a client that is interested in purchasing a large estate to use as an assisted living facility, but they aren't currently able to swing the down payment.

If you expected an appraisal of $187K, and it appraised at $155K, that's a pretty big swing. 

I say possibly because the particular neighborhood has some pretty wild price swings on seemingly comparable houses (I mean swings of 100% ore more!). 

The population there has been flat for the last 10 years or so, I dont live in the area but it doesnt look like there is any significant reason to believe the population will make a big swing one way or the other.
