I can say for myself is that I would like the people who I come in contact with to know who they will be talking to, it puts the potential client at ease, to know they can see a pic of yourself...besides I think My SMILE is a gift, it brings warmth,& lots of times I get compliments from people who have had a bad day & say that they thought of my SMILE & it brought strength to them etc, so among other reasons that is why I post my pic.

That of course is an option for you to use if you buy ...Tenants are difficult to schedule showings with, and they are uncooperative at best, that's why smaller buildings will usually be empty when the banks sell.Try offering cash or gift cards to gain access to see the inside, and to get info about the existing lease terms.
