I like the idea of the fund right now during economic issues because I want some diversity within different classes in Indianapolis, as well as geographic diversity in the MHP fund 

If you search "ADU", "in-law", "separate entrance", etc. it will find all MLS listing descriptions that have that language provided by the listing agent. 

I am using Rochester Homes as they geographically make sense for me and I felt they were a great partner from a quality, service, and design standpoint. 

I substitute Room x and use of common areas at address in the description. 

@Bruce Woodruff   wow that sloped ceiling description rules out almost all the sloped ceiling rooms I have been in.   

I'm in Four Corners and Windsor is building a brand new resort right across the street from me, which I actually expect to be advantageous to me - not only will our area become more familiar to people who come to stay, Windsor prices will be far and away higher than my prices for the same geographic location.

Do you have a specific way you would advertise this to renters, other than putting it in the rental description?
