Many investors on this platform are working to get over paralysis by analysis and they like to dig in and do their research before reaching out.I’ll admit, I’ve slacked a bit on BiggerPockets lately, but I have plenty of content on other platforms and websites.

Forgive me if im being a bit forward: would you be willing to give some sort of tips/guidance of the process ypu went through from start to finish?

Also consider adding higher end finishes in the bathroom(s).

Many other projects have reduced or suspended planned CF distributions and I've also had a few capital calls in which I did participate since the business case still made sense (the MF in Florida had a capital call to finish construction and get through stabilization and it still returned the 32% IRR).I expect almost all of the deals to be OK, just later exits than originally projected.I am very concerned about one project and have already written it off in my head.  

I wouldn't even have known about this law had I not been on the Secretary OF State's website setting up a new LLC.

I check the SEC, FINRA, ratings websites for inside information on the principals in the company.

Eleven years and 28 properties later I'm finished with the rat race; I'm 50. 

@Matthew McCarty At the beginning of my investing career, I was constantly looking at websites like Zillow and Redfin to see what houses are selling for so that I have a good feeling on the market I picked.

The judge had doubts about the veracity of the website I was using to collect the rent (I gave him a print out of the payments and non-payments from the website) and thought we should have driven to unlock the door for the tenant when he locked himself out (3 hours) instead of telling him that was his issue and he should call a locksmith.In the end the judge asked him how much he thought he owed us and he did his calculations in the courtroom, not having this prepared.
